SERVICES OFFERED
Individual Counseling
Starting the process of individual counseling with a therapist can be both empowering and frightening. Working as a team, we will gain insight, confront obstacles to change, and develop skills which will lead to confident decision making and lasting solutions.
Marriage/Couples Counseling
Partners come into couples or marriage counseling with a variety of issues. I work to create a safe haven, where problems can be discussed without fear of pain, judgment or retribution. Through couples counseling my goal is to help you understand the way you presently communicate, and teach you skills and solutions to improve ways to talk each other.
Faith Based Counseling
Faith based counseling is implemented when individuals want to incorporate their faith into their recovery. I meet you where you are emotionally and spiritually and guide you in the healing process.
