I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a certified school counselor. I received a Bachelor of Education from The University of Houston and a Master of Education in Counseling from Sam Houston State University.

My focus is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. My years as a teacher, and my business experience in medical devices sales (focusing on infertility) combined with my training as a therapist gives me a unique perspective on individuals dealing with various issues. I have received additional training in couples counseling, and am Gottman Level One trained.

I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples, dealing with issues including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns and grief. I also specialize in infertility and women's issues. I value each person as an individual and work together with my clients to identify their unique strengths and provide the treatment plan that best fits their needs. I am married with children and currently reside in Houston, TX.
